HPH s. r.o. Gliders
Requires actions to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Full official abstract
Airworthiness Directives; HPH s. r.o. Gliders
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for HPH s. r.o. Models Glasf[uuml]gel 304C, Glasf[uuml]gel 304CZ, and Glasf[uuml]gel 304CZ-17 gliders. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by the aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as jamming between the double two-ring end of the towing cable and the deflector angles of the center of gravity (C.G.) release mechanism. We are issuing this AD to require actions to address the unsafe condition on these products.

HPH s. r.o. Sailplanes
Requires actions to address the unsafe condition on these products.
Full official abstract
Airworthiness Directives; HPH s. r.o. Sailplanes
We are adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all HPH s. r.o. Models 304C, 304CZ, and 304CZ-17 sailplanes. This AD results from mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by an aviation authority of another country to identify and correct an unsafe condition on an aviation product. The MCAI describes the unsafe condition as the lack of a drain hole in the elevator control rod, which may allow water to accumulate in the control rod and lead to possible corrosion. This condition could cause the elevator control rod to fail, which could result in loss of control of the sailplane. We are issuing this AD to require actions to address the unsafe condition on these products.

HPH s. r. o. Models Glasflügel 304CZ, 304CZ-17, and 304C Sailplanes
Requires you to inspect to determine the airbrake handle attachment rivet material.
Full official abstract
Airworthiness Directives; HPH s. r. o. Models Glasflügel 304CZ, 304CZ-17, and 304C Sailplanes
The FAA adopts a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain HPH s. r. o. (HPH) Models Glasfl[uuml]gel 304CZ, 304CZ-17, and 304C sailplanes. This AD requires you to inspect to determine the airbrake handle attachment rivet material. This AD also requires you to replace any non-steel rivet with a steel rivet. This AD is the result of mandatory continuing airworthiness information (MCAI) issued by the airworthiness authority for the Czech Republic. We are issuing this AD to prevent the airbrake handle from becoming loose, which could result in failure of the airbrake control. This failure could lead to loss of control of the sailplane.
